How do I place an Order?
You can place your order by visiting our shop pages and adding your item(s) in your cart. From there, select checkout, fill out our shipment info boxes and submit your order. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don't need to create an account to place an order. Guest checkout is also an option.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel or change our order prior to shipment, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How Do I Track My Order?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
Do You Accept Returns?
We have temporarily suspended product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risks.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, PayPal, AmazonPay, ShopPay, and Klarna. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.
What is Klarna?
Klarna is a “shop now, enjoy now, pay later” payment option available for orders $35 or more. In order to take advantage of Klarna, you will need to first create an account with Klarna. Once you’ve created an account, return to www.ansanas.com and proceed with the checkout process as normal. When you get to the ‘enter payment method’ screen, you can select Klarna!
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.
Can I combine promo codes?
Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items. Only one promo code per order.
What do I do if an item is out of stock in my size?
If an item is sold out, sign up for restock up update under the product description. There is no guarantee on restock dates, but we work to restock our merchandise as quickly as possible.
